With over 25 years in Australia’s entertainment industry, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and professionalism to Tempt Entertainment. Her journey began at just five years old with a strong foundation in dance. She began teaching from the age of sixteen and later formalized her training through studies at the Australian College of Physical Education.

Lisa has podium danced at some of Sydney’s hottest nightclubs, competed in many international-level competitions, and starred in shows aboard vessels on Sydney Harbour. She has worked as a burlesque dance teacher, sharing her artistry through workshops at hens parties, while also establishing herself as a trusted lingerie waitress, promotional model, and Showgirl. This ability to cross seamlessly between art forms has shaped her reputation as one of the industry’s most versatile performers and laid the groundwork for a career that would span performance, choreography, and leadership.

Over the years, Lisa has worked with many of Australia’s leading entertainment agencies and lit up some of the country’s most iconic stages. Her career highlights include touring nationally with Fever Productions, visiting over 177 towns across Australia and rising to the role of head Showgirl, choreographer, and general assistant. She also cheered for the Penrith Panthers NRL team in 2009, featured in Trop Fest in 2011, and appeared in the early seasons of Fat Pizza. She has also performed in some of Australia’s most renowned strip clubs, including the iconic Kings Cross, further cementing her place in the country’s entertainment history.

This extensive and diverse background has given Lisa a unique, all-encompassing understanding of the entertainment industry both on stage and behind the scenes.

After years as a performer, Lisa’s motivation for creating Tempt Entertainment was simple: she knew what was required from both a performer’s and a booking agent’s perspective. She founded the company with the core principle of mentoring and supporting young women in the industry, instilling values of clear communication and mutual respect. Her commitment to professionalism is reflected in every aspect of the business, from meticulous confirmations to personally checking in with both entertainers and clients to ensure a positive, respectful experience for all.
