Terms & Conditions for Tempt Entertainment.com

Welcome to Tempt Entertainment.com. By proceeding with a booking or inquiry for our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.

1. Definitions

• Agency / Tempt Entertainment: Refers to Tempt Entertainment.com, the service provider.

• Client: The individual or entity making and responsible for the booking.

• Model(s): Refers to any female or Male performer provided by the Agency, including Strippers, Waitresses (Bikini, Lingerie, Topless, Nude), and Naked House Cleaners.

• Event: The specific date, time, and location for which services are booked.

• Deposit: The initial non-refundable payment required to secure a booking.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable Deposit. Full payment for services are due when the Model arrives at the Event,  

3. Rules of Engagement

To ensure a respectful and professional environment for our Models and a positive experience for the Client and guests, the following rules are strictly enforced:

• Respectful Treatment: All Models must be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy at all times.

• Scope of Service: Models are hired to perform specific services as agreed upon in the booking confirmation. Models reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside their agreed job description or makes them feel uncomfortable.

• Photography & Recording:

  • Strict Prohibition: Unauthorised photography, video recording, or any form of digital capture of Models is strictly prohibited under any circumstance.

  • Discretionary Photos: Models may, at their sole discretion, agree to pose for photos or non-face-revealing photos if politely requested by guests. This is entirely up to each individual Model.

  • Consequences of Violation: If any guest attempts to take photos or record Models without their express consent, or if a Model observes unauthorised recording, the Model has the right to leave the Event immediately. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and Tempt Entertainment reserves the right to terminate the service without refund and may pursue further action, including legal action for harassment or unauthorised recording.

• No Touching or Grabbing: Physical contact with Models, including touching or grabbing, is strictly prohibited. If a Model feels unsafe or is touched/grabbed without consent, they have the right to leave the Event immediately. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and Tempt Entertainment reserves the right to terminate the service without refund and may pursue further action.

• Responsible Conduct: Models will not consume alcohol or illicit substances during their engagement. We request that clients and guests also behave responsibly concerning alcohol consumption. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service and potential notification of authorities.

4. Cancellation & Change Policy

All cancellations and changes must be communicated directly to Tempt Entertainment.com.

• Client Cancellation: The Deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the Deposit will be retained by the Agency.

• Time Change:

  • Time changes to an Event are acceptable,  at least 5 days before the original Event date.

  • However, the availability of your chosen Models for the new time slot cannot be guaranteed.

  • Alternative Models will be presented for your selection.

  • If changes are made within 5 days of the event an additional booking fee may be charged. 

• Date Change:

  • Date changes to an Event are acceptable, provided the Agency is informed at least 5 days before the original Event date. This allows Models a chance to find replacement work.

  • The availability of your chosen Models for the changed date cannot be guaranteed. Alternative Models will be presented for your selection.

  • If the Event date is changed with less than 5 days' notice from the original Event date - additional booking fee will be charged., 

  • Location Change:

  • Location changes to an Event are acceptable,  at least 5 days before the original Event date.

  • However, the availability of your chosen Models for the new address cannot be guaranteed. Alternative Models will be presented for your selection.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area or for significant location changes, and will be communicated to the Client prior to confirmation.

  • If changes are made within 5 days of the Event an additional booking fee may be charged. 

• Model Cancellation:

  • If a Model or Models cannot make it to the Event for any reason, alternative options will be given for a new selection.

  • If none of the alternative Models presented are suitable for the Client, the Deposit amount equivalent to booking that specific Model(s) will be refunded.

  • In the rare case of a last-minute incident resulting in a Model no-show where a last-minute replacement cannot be found, the Deposit amount equivalent to booking that specific Model(s) will be refunded.

• Client Communication Failure / Incorrect Details:

  • It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure all contact numbers and the Event address provided are accurate and that there is a reachable contact persons available at the booked start time.

  • If Models arrive at the booked location and the provided contact numbers are incorrect, phones are switched off, or the address is incorrect, the Models will wait for 15 minutes after the original start time. If there is no contact by the Client within this period, Models will be sent home, and the Deposit will not be refunded.

  • Furthermore, should Models arrive at the booked location and, within the initial 15-minute waiting period, be presented with instructions or expectations that significantly deviate from the agreed-upon booking, Models reserve the right to refuse the new instructions. In such an instance, they may, at their discretion, negotiate an additional fee for the altered service, subject to Agency approval, or immediately terminate the booking. If the booking is terminated due to unagreed-upon instructions, the Deposit and any pre-paid amounts will not be refunded.

5. Model Punctuality & Compensation

• Models will always call the Client (or designated contact) upon their arrival at the function.

• Models typically arrive a few minutes before the booked start time to get changed and prepare.

• The booked service time will commence from the originally agreed-upon start time, even if Models are made to wait inside or outside the venue due to Client-related delays.

• If a Model runs late, their paid time will commence upon their actual arrival at the Event, ensuring you only pay for the time they are actively providing service.

• Should a Model be unable to complete the full booked duration due to their lateness or another issue the pro-rata amount for the unaccomplished time will be refunded. Kindly contact the Agency immediately in such cases to ensure a prompt refund. Failure to notify the Agency immediately will result in the inability to provide a refund.

6. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Tempt Entertainment.com regarding the services, superseding all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.

• Sever ability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

• Amendments: Tempt Entertainment.com reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms & Conditions current at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
